Setiap tahun, jutaan ton bonggol jagung di Indonesia hanya menjadi limbah. Padahal, di dalamnya terkandung potensi energi yang luar biasa. Jepang, sebagai salah satu negara maju, sangat membutuhkan sumber energi bersih dan siap membayar mahal untuk biomassa berkualitas. Inilah peluang emas bagi desa kita.

Alur Proses: Dari Kebun ke Kargo

Berikut adalah langkah-langkah kunci untuk mengubah bonggol jagung mentah menjadi pelet berkualitas ekspor.

Pengumpulan & Pengeringan

Kumpulkan bonggol bersih, lalu keringkan hingga kadar air di bawah 15%. Ini tahap paling kritis!

Penghalusan (Grinding)

Gunakan mesin Hammer Mill untuk mengubah bonggol kering menjadi serbuk halus dan seragam.

Pencetakan (Pelletizing)

Mesin Pellet Mill memadatkan serbuk menjadi pelet. Lignin alami berfungsi sebagai perekat.

Pendinginan & Pengemasan

Dinginkan pelet agar mengeras, lalu kemas dalam karung anti-lembap. Produk siap diekspor!

Transformasi Ajaib

Proses peletisasi secara drastis meningkatkan kualitas bonggol jagung sebagai bahan bakar. Kepadatannya meningkat, kadar airnya turun drastis, dan nilai energinya melonjak. Grafik di samping menunjukkan perbandingan signifikan antara bonggol mentah dan pelet jadi.

Kunci Ilmiah: Lignin

Saat dipanaskan dan ditekan di dalam mesin pelet, zat bernama Lignin di dalam bonggol meleleh dan berfungsi sebagai perekat alami. Inilah yang membuat pelet menjadi padat dan keras tanpa perlu tambahan bahan kimia.
